Request:
I am a recovering alcoholic, 52 years of age and unemployed due to my drinking and chronic relapse history. I am blessed by being in a beautiful recovery house with caring people that are sharing their food, love and spirituality with me. I pray for the strength to stay sober through my AA meetings and to find employment. I have been searching on line for work for days and days and haven't heard anything. I am trying to not be discouraged. God will provide and my recovery friends are also carrying me. Pray for them and for me and I will pray for all of you and the other addicted people and less fortunate. Thank you and God Bless!

Request:
God, please help me lord in this time of need. I need you to help me and guide me through passing my History Teacher certification test (MTTC HISTORY 09) on July 12th 2008. Lord, this will be my 5th time taking this test nad could you please assist me in passing it with a score of 225 or higher. God, I have studied really hard and have been so defeated due to my failures in the past. So, Lord could place your hand on me and guide from begin to a passing victory, so that I can move on to student teaching in the fall and graduate in December 2008. Lord, I love you Amen...Oh and can you also bless over my family (mom, dad, brother, and grandparents) and also help me to payoff all of our family debt.'

I ask for prayer for my friends son, 33 - he has cancer. I ask for prayer for another friend whose son just entered an institution at age 19 - mental illness; I also request prayer for my son.....who suffers from mental illness also.....may God have mercy on all of them.
