God is so good! I asked him for an increased love for him, so I would see the true value of sin and have the strength to choose him over everything els. . . And he answered my prayers! He not only showed me in a concrete way how he feels whenever I sin, but he increased my love for him so much that the very thought of sinning fills me with a great sadness. He has indeed, captivated my heart, and I have fallen in love with him!

Dear Anthony, I have prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 pm for my mother who had open heart surgery when she was 72 yrs old. She had a major stroke at 80 yrs old. Both times she has been healed by God and now she is 88 yrs old. She lives with me and has a lot of dementia. I still pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and also the Chaplet of Our Lady's Tears and the seven sorrows. When I got to the hospital and entered the room where my mother was after her stroke there on the wall was a Divine Mercy picture. I know this was God's confirmation to me that she would be ok. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell what happened to me and my mother. May our mercyfull God keep us in his care always. When we honor God's mother our prayer are always answered. Mary

Years ago my children, now young adults, attended Mass by ourselves. My husband would do his prayers and praise at home; he would tune into EWTN or find gospel music that he enjoyed. My prayer in Mass would always be that in God's time not mine he would begin joining us and we could be at Mass as a family. That prayer was answered over 15 years ago. Now we are both very involved in parish ministry and my husband will soon be ordained a Catholic Deacon. Thank you Lord for bringing us to this point. May we continue to serve you and help to make your kingdom known and felt here and not.

Wow! Where do I begin when it comes to answered prayers. Just prior to us evacuating for H.Katrina - I prayed "Jesus, if any trees have to fall please allow them to fall on our home and not our neighbors." That was the first thing I observed returning to our home - there were 4 huge pine trees down - and - yes praise God - on our roof and not our neighbors! Here is another: Just about a year before the storm hit - I prayed unknowingly - God please help us to repair to restore to rebuild our parents home. It is so old and in great need of repairs. Our parents are elderly - and mom has always wanted a large kitchen and space! After having raised 5 of us in this home - she surely well deserved it! I was not clear on how this would happen. H.Katrina came a year later - and flooded our home - very sad and tragic - but out of this tragedy - with the help of God - and a lot of prayer - Mass going - rosary praying - hard work and diligence - my parents are back in their "new" used home - fully rebuilt with a huge kitchen and lots of love again! I could go on forever - but I won't :) Thank you for allowing us to share and possibly win a book! God bless you Cece Dugas

Two big prayers have been answered in my life: first, when my husband was unemployed for over a year, to keep from getting overly anxious, I constantly prayed "and this too shall pass." After he found a job (and a good one at that), we felt moved to adopt a child as we had no children and my long-forgotten prayer was to be a mother. We did adopt a beautiful girl. Our daughter will soon be 18 and I have been able to be a stay-at-home mom after years of working. I'm happy and busy with volunteer work at Church. My husband loves his job, and my daughter has a home and parents who really love her! God is good!!

I am the director of a pro-life crisis pregnancy center here in St. Paul, MN. Three years ago, we had the opportunity to buy a building 5 times the size of what we had at $125,000 below the asking price (the owners were pro-life and believed in our mission so they came down in their price) BUT we needed to come up with $100,000 for the down payment in order to afford the monthly mortgage payment. We needed to come up with it in 8 weeks' time. We came up with it in 6! People were sending us $10,000 donations, $5,000 donations...up until that time, we'd survived (for over 10 years) on donations of $5, $10...The outpouring of generosity was truly a miracle! Recently, I'd been praying for a new ultrasound machine to replace our 10 year old one. Out of the blue, a couple donated $8000 to be used for a new machine and a local foundation contributed $11,500...just enough to buy the machine we are now using. Women, seeing their babies, are astounded at how clear the images are and amazed at the antics they see their babies doing! (The best feature of the new machine is the ability to go back 5 seconds and replay the movements of the baby. We've caught on replay babies 12 weeks old sucking their thumbs and jumping around.) These are but two stories of prayers being answered at my center. Prayers are answered everyday there. God blesses our work in many, many ways.

Wow! There's so many! I guess the biggest was when my father-in-law re-dedicated his life to God a few months before he passed on. That is a miracle. This man threatened to burn down the rectory, threw his wife's Bible in the fire, cursed God daily. I began to pray for him and 2 months before he died, he gave his life back to God. I had the priviledge of holding his hand and praying him to heaven as he passed.

Dear Anthony, Our son served in the first part of the war in Iraq. During the year he served, I prayed so hard to God to bring him home alive. One very late night, I was praying looking up in the semi-dark room at the vaulted ceiling, when a white dove decended slowly from my ceiling and spread it's lovely wings over me. It was awesome! At that very moment, the phone rang, with tears in my eyes I answered to the sweet voice of our son calling from Iraq. Keith told me he was fine, and would keep in touch, which he did. We were at his base in Mississippi when his flight from the Middle east arrived on American soil. Thank's be to God!

First of all, I want to thank Anthony for writing such wonderful books, based on God's word! I have been involved in prayer ministry since 1993, praying for our kids, their teachers and schools. We have experienced God's answers more than I can count. Miracles, big and small...trust God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and open your heart to Him and let the miracles begin!

I had smoked for 35 years and had failed in trying to quit on many occasions. I signed up for Eucaristic Adoration on Friday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and spent that hour each week praying that God would make me a better person, help me to quit smoking. Without His help I would never have been successful. I quit for 17 years. Unfortunately, when Hurricane Ivan struck Pensacola, my daughter, granddaughter and her husband came and stayed at our house. The storm went on for hours, the roof was blown off of one whole side of our house, water was running down the walls at 3:00 a.m. in the morning with the wind still blowing, sounding like a continuous tornado. At that time, I started smoking again and have not managed to kick the habit since. Hopefully the Lord will give me the strength once again, as He did before to give up these cigarettes. He answered my prayers once and that gives me reason to believe that he will help me again. Lord, please help me to kick this nasty habit. Help me to understand that I am damaging my health, which is not real good to begin with. Thank you, Lord, for all you do.
